Here at Carbody we really appreciate all of our customer’s feedback. There are a few ways you can tell us your thoughts.

1. Most insurance companies will have their own CSI survey that you will receive after a car is repaired, these will most commonly be a score out of 10 or a 5 star rating ( a 9 and 10 or 4 and 5 stars are considered good service anything below is considered bad service by the insurers )

2. A Google review is a great way to leave feedback and comments on our service.

3. Drop us an email info@carbodybanbury.co.uk and we will be sure to reply.

All feedback is fed back through to the staff to enable us to maintain and improve the service we provide.
