Here at Carbody we really appreciate all of our customer’s feedback. There are a few ways you can tell us your thoughts.

1. Most insurance companies will have their own CSI survey that you will receive after a car is repaired, these will most commonly be a score out of 10 or a 5 star rating ( a 9 and 10 or 4 and 5 stars are considered good service anything below is considered bad service by the insurers )

2. A Google review is a great way to leave feedback and comments on our service.

3. Drop us an email info@carbodybanbury.co.uk and we will be sure to reply.

When I watched my Mum’s neighbour reverse into my car my first thoughts were “he better be insured!!!” and then I thought “what a load of hassle this is going to be!” but it wasn’t.

From beginning to end we have been looked after by your team very well. We couldn’t make the date you suggested to bring the car in for repair but the lady on the phone was very helpful & accommodating & now we have our car back all clean & shinny & most importantly fixed! (bearing in mind we have a muddy dog & messy-always-eating-in-the-car 4 year old, plus we were just back from the seaside so the car really did need a clean, we REALLY appreciate the job you did cleaning the car inside & out).
